Now, it only caps to 70 AFTER the armour's damage reduction has been factored in, so now you receive 40.5 damage, since 135*0.3 = 40.5, and I don't think there's a damage value high enough you can receive where the cap will ever do anything after the armour reduction. Ceramic is best right now because it doesn't make you fat and slow like steel, and it is guarenteed to protect you from 4 shots before breaking, where you would die in 4 40.5 damage shots wearing steel with a health pool of 160.

Is there a way to command SWAT AI to not pick up evidence or arrest suspects automatically? I want to clear the large warehouse area in "Greased Palms", but clearing it is hard when the formation breaks as the SWAT AI falls behind due to them arresting corpses and picking up litter along the way.

IIRC Windowed Fullscreen should always pick the native resolution of your monitor, the resolution selector doesn't affect that mode

Do you have multiple monitors? (That being said, resolution scale doesn't work for me at all.)

I had an issue where another game was launching on wrong monitor, and I couldn't get it to use the right resolution when moved to my "main" monitor, but I don't remember if it was with older version of Ready or Not. I fixed it by switching the monitor slots between my monitors on the back of my PC, so my main monitor was on the first port, and secondary on second.

Oooooh, we (and probably everyone else) have the same bug then! Some games don't allow changing the actual resolution on windowed borderless, got mixed up with that, the resolution scale is a different thing.
