If you really care, look into maplescouter to minmax and see what your character benefits most from. I would assume this is really good and may be slightly better than 40 boss depending on situation so I would hold onto it for now

select english top right, select input on the top left, input stats following instructions, then click result->detailed information
in Additional Spec Simulation check to apply on the top right of that box and input 9% atk and apply, itll show you final damage. Do the same with 40 boss and itll show you the fd for that
some of the inputs will change on their own, so if you cant change the field like dmg range, just move on
