In general it's Pensalir gear (dropped from level 120+ mobs) -> Chaos Root Abyss (Crimson Queen, Pierre, etc) and Absolab (Lotus and Damien) boss gear -> Arcane gear (Will and Lucid) -> Eternals (Grandis bosses)

Best bet for now is probably to farm Moon Bunnies in the Korean Folk Town for Penasalir stuff if you don't have it

You can also upgrade with Star Force (little mini game and meso sink) and Potentials (cubes)

Other good items to get are the early boss accessories from Arkarium, Chaos Horntail, Pink Bean, etc etc

But the dominator pendant is hard to get and its work drop from high dropping rate or no

It's definitely better than the other boss pendants, and he drops a second type of pendant much more frequently

Its a good idea to kill him daily. You'll still get mechinator pendants and boss crystal money

#

It will probably take a while to get the dom pendant though

Doing bosses daily to get the drop plus mesos from Crystal so you can starforce and cube during event

If they're asking about getting 1mil combat power i'm assuming they arent at the place they need to/should bother with legion yet

oh its a completely fresh. just follow main quest line that should take you up to 200. when you hit Lv120.. like Rhinne said you get pensalir gear which be you starting point to gaining more Combat Power.
