Do your weapon, secondary, and emblem (WSE) have useable lines? 2 line weapon assuming not Genesis libbed, 2-3 useable lines each on emblem and secondary?

Rounding out your WSE if not already done is top priority imo since they'll be with you for a very long time

Drop rate also really important - esp on heroic, so save some funds for cube sale to roll a few more lines of drop.

Unless pushing your CRA 21* is going to have you clearing new content, I'd prio getting a solid foundation set with your long WSE and making some drop gear

This anniversary event also has grinding buffs so drop gear would be really handy this event!

I think you should prio your drop gear then!
I think that will give you the most immediate returns giving the event coming

also if your CRA are only 18 - you could frankly make a fresh set on SSF by using pensalir gear as fodder for transfer (easy to acquire from farming, cheaper to tap) but also means you'd need to repot/flame

Doesn't even need to have stat on it- you should still be strong enough to farm in your hybrids
