Has anyone here gotten a reply from a Game Master or a representative? It’s been 3 days since they said they’d "forward my inquiry to the person in charge," but I haven't heard back yet.

If it's been noted that your ticket has been escalated to a senior GM, unfortunately you'll just have to wait.
