I have some questions about the game as I am completely lost.
I ended up getting all my characters back on Bera, but I was recommended to switch and go to a heroic world so I am doing that and basically just starting over.
Can I get some general advice on what to do how to level and is it possible to transfer my characters from Bera to my new heroic world?

You can't transfer to heroic, sadly

no, you cannot transfer characters from an interactive server to a heroic server, the same goes for challengers world

Can i go from challenger heroic to normal heroic?

Yes. I would say to be careful about which challenger world you start playing on when they come back. I've seen plenty of people mess up and start on interactive accidentally, wasting event resources.
