So sometime June 2025 I was playing this game and I remember some giga juiced burning event going on. I log in today and it says I have zero characters on heroic. So maybe I made my characters in some sort of burning world and they were auto-deleted because I never moved them out of burning world or something?

If they were in burning world and you didn’t leap them to Kronos/Hyperion before the event ended then yeah unfortunately they’re gone.
