New/returning player looking for advice

Hello everyone. I'm trying to get back into the game after a long time and decided to start with a fresh account.
So far, all I have is a 255 Saitama all maxed out, that's it.

Assuming zero legion, zero characters elsewhere, etc and primarily free to play, starting today:

• Should I bother doing anything at all with Challenger World right now? And if so, what exactly should be my goals?
• Should I bother making and leveling a Wild Hunter for the event? If so, should I (or can I) do it in Challenger or should I do it on my main server (I intend on playing Kronos).
• In general, what should be my very first goals and after that, what then? Even if its basic stuff like get x, y and z class to ??? level for links, legion, etc.

Advice on what to do with the event rewards would also be much appreciated! At this moment I intend on maining either Ren, Bowmaster or Buccaneer but would also like suggestions on what is newbie-friendly (who will probably have a hard time soloing even CRA).

so the saitama will be deleted after the event ends, so first thing should be to create any character on the world you wish to play on, so you can claim the event rewards.

you can still use cw to make few link skill mules

as for the wh, yes if you have time, its a good idea to make one and get it to 260 if you can, or just as high a level as you can.

first goal after that, id say decide which class you wanna play for the upcoming anniversary event which should include a hyper burn.
you cant go wrong with ren, super easy, strong, very beginner friendly, pretty good survivability.

any time you have outside of that you can use to make more link skills, to also increase your legion, this summer we'll also get cw3, which is a great time to increase your legion even further.

Maple is a marathon and not a sprint, so give yourself time, and dont feel like you have to rush everything, or you can burn yourself out, you'll get to where you wanna be eventually. 😄

as for event rewards, id say use those on your wh, since they'll most likely expire before the next event, and since wh can be hyper burned, you'll give your account a better start using them on that character so you can start doing some of the early bosses to get boss crystals

and then the next event, you can use the event rewards on your main

Would you say create WH on main server and work on it for now + 5 mules in Heroic or should I do it in CW2 + 4 mules and just try to progress CW as far as possible before the 21st? And then just a random character to claim Saitama rewards while waiting for Anni event/main?

For mules, do you have any recommendations or is it just Mercedes, Aran, Evan and idk what else still?
