#How should I transpose the Pap Mark to the Monocole?

I looked it up and people said that I should transpose to the Monocole when my Pap Mark is 16 stars. Right now, my Pap Mark is 22 stars. Should I still transpose? Honestly, I don't want to do Commerci ever again. I only have one Monocole and I have 5 Pap Marks to spare
