Why are Beauty/Hair/Skin Expansion coupons purchased with Reward points untradable?

Same reason everything else in the Rewards Shop (cubes, monster park tickets, etc) is untradable: they're Cash items. No Cash items can be put in the regular storage.
Not a bug.
