where do you claim maple reward points?

in your maple planner. go to boss content, and make sure you have this ticked

you should then see this, where you can claim them

after that you go into the cash shop to actually get them

is there something I need to do in the cash shop to add them to my reward point balance?

You just need to enter the cash shop to get them, once you do, you'll see them added to your rp balance.

if you only claim them in the planner, but you never enter the cash shop, they expire after like 7 days i think, or maybe they changed it to 24 hours i dont remember... Just make it a habit to enter the cash shop after claiming your points from the planner
