level 205 mercedes and I need to kill something in the arcane river for a quest. Even after dumping my hyper points into arcane power (13) I can't even make their HP bar go down lol

I want to get this character to 210 so I can get the link skill... but I can't kill anything so I'm clueless.

You could use event currency to fly to 210 if you aren't using it for anything else.

Buy the bonk pots and pop em to 210 and let em rot

Events in general are accountwide
