New player: when do I stop doing main story quests to lvl?

main story quests are used to push up to level 200

at level 200 the grind begins, but you dont get rare drops or gear upgrades from grinding. those mostly come from bosses

Just make sure you're doing the main story quests, since most of the other on-level quests don't give great exp
