Same issue, Same code. Update goes way beyond 150MB as well, seen 800+MB / 150 MB installed.
Full re-install fixed it for me. :s. Hopefully you lied about having done that.

could try deleting anything that might be left over in whereever the game files were installed after you uninstall, before reinstalling again
