Missing files needed to run the game

Im getting this error message "You appear to be missing a few files needed to run the game...". I tried to repair installation many times, even restart my pc but it didnt work, Im running on launcher. Any solution guys? Much appreciated

maybe fully uninstalling and reinstalling :\
or try running it on steam
