I claimed the lv 200 box on saitama that had the lv 20 symbol
I used it but my arcane river symbol is still lv 1. How can I fix this? Can I access the maple admin npc in this world? Am I just stuck with the option of making a new char?

yeah i have the same problem but with the chu chu island symbols, only lvl 1

Did you claim the reward?

I claimed it and used it but the item disappeared and my symbol is still lv 1

I dropped my lv 1 symbol and used the maple admin but they only gave me back a lv 10 symbol..

yep i did claim my reward and everything and i didnt realise until i saw my symbols were low in my map and i didnt have lvl 20 symbols in my inv

Just replace the symbol

Take out the lv1 and wear the lv20

@sacred sail problem is i think i wore the lvl 1 and dropped the lvl 20 by accident, probably what happened
