A few days ago, my account, my son’s account, and my wife’s account were blocked. Literally, my entire IP address was blocked, and the accounts were suspended for illegal use of bots or hacking, according to Nexon. I submitted a support ticket, and they told me there’s nothing they can do about it.
Neither I nor my family use any programs. I’ve been playing Maple for over three years and have been playing since Maple was Wizet. I know very well that such programs cannot be used and result in a ban. They didn’t even give me a warning or a temporary suspension to check if something was affecting my PC or a family member’s.
Does anyone know of a way to look into this issue or escalate it to get a solution? I’ve invested a lot of time and money into the game—I can’t just lose it all overnight.
