just as a heads up, you have to be able to at least "blue dot" to get carried in bosses. so you should at the very least farm some basic pensalir gear or such so u can attack the boss at the very least. 
explanation of "blue dot"- basically you need to do that amount to 5% of the hp in a boss. if you "red dot" (less than 5%), you do not receive drops.

You can buy an emblem from Neville in most Maple World towns. I know there's one in Henesys -> Market Place, underneath the potion shop
For a second pendant you can kill Arkarium for a mechanator pendant
I can't actually solo all that many bosses, but I can at least offer some Gollux carries for a potentially better set of earrings/belt
Also, if you aren't, make sure to do the daily check-ins for the New Leaf Mall event going on now. If you can get 10 then you'll get a permanent android heart that can get better potentials than a more standard one
Can you kill Future Cygnus on your own? She can drop a recipe for a secondary that you can star force, which will be better than the one you have currently (if not I can help with that)
I can try to give a hard Damien/Lotus carry but it's not a guarantee I kill them each time 😅

This is so helpful. I would love to get a carry, and even if you can, I may not do 5% dmg 🙁 so gottta get stronger first

OP likely doesn't have the power for 5% on hLomien - visual IED is too low to effectively damage 'em.

I think that prioritizing working on the luminous and Hoyoung link skills will put you in a better place to start properly gearing! No sense in trying to slash away at bosses if you can't break through their defence.
