I don't know a lot about heroic progression so maybe wait until someone from heroic answers, but you can starforce your pensalirs to 10 for more damage. Don't push anything beyond 10 yet
There isn't much to do before 200 other than getting to 200
At most you could clear the Afterlands questline for totem equipment, but since you're over leveled for it you can save it for later

Play challenge world heroic. You get five tera burns (rapid progression to lvl 200) for five different characters. You can transfer those characters to regular Heroic and give your account legion and link bonuses.

yea just try out a bunch of classes and find one you really like. Then when hyperburn rolls around you can delete and remake that class as your hyperburn
