#Extreme lag when opening Guild Castle research UI

Please describe your bug: When the Guild Castle research UI is opened, the game becomes extremely laggy. This has been experienced by multiple other players as well.
Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Enter the Guild Castle
  2. Open the research UI by clicking the top left button
  3. The game will lag when the UI opens (in the video, this is shown by the cursor, background, and other player characters skipping around)
