#Challanger world character

Hi, i made a character on challanger heroic thinking i could transfer it to bera. It says i can only make characters on 1 challanger world, so i deleted the ones i already started working on. It still says the same thing even though all of my characters are deleted. Is that intended, or? Seems kinda silly i really didnt mind starting over but seems i cant.

i understand that, but since i couldnt leap i decided to delete all the characters i made on the heroic challenger world so i could start over on the interactive challanger world but it wont let me make characters there now
