#Can I delete leaped CW Tera burned character to regain Tera burn?

I want to enjoy leveling event with Kanna or Hayato, but as I did not know how it works, I thought it'd be best to just level characters I needed for link skills/legion and leap them over to my main world. Now I have 200 level Kanna with temporary set and cannot join event with it, so I would have to create another one with basic monster 140 level set what would make the gameplay really hard.
This stuff is so beginner unfriendly :/
