im going to delete my current hyper burn and make another one i was wonder if i delete my current one does all the reward in hyper burn max event reset?

First off, note that you can only remake the hyperburning from char select page. If this character was burned using the burninator item, you will not get the burninator back if you delete the character.
Second, the rewards don't reset.
Your new hyperburn will get the 10-199 gifts, but then will not get any of the 200-240 gifts that you already claimed. It will start getting gifts again at 245.
Also, if you used item burning, that doesn't return either.
