I pre-ordered Maplecon merchandise on November 7, 2025 and it was estimated shipping between January 1 -February 28 2026. I checked on my order status and it says my payment is over due. Even though, I provided my payment details when I placed my order. It says payment is outstanding on Jan 1, 2026. I'm hoping my order won't get cancelled due to payment not processing successfully. I tried to contact Nexon Support and Shopify support and no responses. Anyone else having issues?

I was also wondering where my order was and just checked. Running into the same error as you, saying my payment was due Jan 1, even though I provided my payment info during checkout. Really hoping we don’t get scammed again…..
