I'm thinking of a class that uses dusk, so it has to have a summon that is either 30s but ideally 60s or a passive/toggle that not only procs dusk but also clears enough of the map that it kills most mobs when using frenzy or chains of resentment. Would the new Kanna work for this? If not, any mage class or thief, preferably?

dusk does not keep up with fz spawn. to give you an idea, my ren currently has 1 janus orb and its 2 shotting in arteria. i get about 45k per hour
if i switch to dusk thatll drop to about 30k
there is simply no situation where dusk can work with fz

at the moment, I know current hayato can afk farm cause it procs janus with eye for an eye on but thats being removed in remaster

ren does ok but riotous heart actually doesnt fully keep up with fz either

i'm stocking up on maple points for a slush fund to put towards my reg accs every month until cw3 hits so i can start off strong anyway. if worst comes to shove, i don't think i'd mind missing out on mobs with frenzy so long as i can make enough mesos to cover the cost of frenzy + a lil bit more if it lets me afk farm with dusk in the worst case scenario like with mo xuans or a support class like bishop/BaM/lynn

ive never tried collecting data cuz it always ends up being worse
but chems might know better

Dusk can't clear frenzy. It's cooldown is > 2x that of frenzy spawn.
Though, you will get better rates than if you did dusk without frenzy.
Think something like dusk (25k-40k/hr) vs janus (50-60k/hr).
Dusk is still worse than janus 1 ball, but for a lazy person, and low level janus, it could be worth.

Ye I'm thinking lazy af. I have my Mo xuan in reboot going at with almost no gear atm so it can't even one shot with Janus atm and it's been afk farming for six mins now
Legit going to go make something in the kitchen and see if it keeps attacking. I will have to loot obviously but in just letting it get knocked back and doing nothing so I can have like at least ten mins of focus time at a time. How long does loot last before it despawns again?
I'd Def accept lower rates of like 25k to 30k for afking like this lmao
