I filed a ticket for an expired 30-day pendant of spirit and they did reissue it, Yeah, try filing a ticket and maybe they will "reissue " the item to a different character of your choice

It's a coupon for a burninator.
According to the first paragraph of its description, if you double-click it, it will give you a Use item you can put in storage.
