Okay. So, looking at my equips upon logging in after 5 years, I at first didn’t notice anything off. It wasn’t until after seeing a video guide where I saw some unique equips with meso drop% items. And I remember vividly creating a wep with x2 prime att%. I don’t see them anywhere. Now I’m wondering, if anyone has the recall, was it possible to transfer items to the burning server when it was a thing? And if I happened to have stopped playing abruptly and failed to transfer those items back beforehand, would those items be automatically be transferred or deleted permanently? If the latter, would maple provide support in retrieving lost items/character progression made during the event? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

the items would probably be deleted permanently. You can always try to send in a support ticket, never hurts to try

It was never possible to move anything to the burning server.

If you created the weapon in the Burning server and then didn't leap with it to a permanent world, your weapon (and character) were deleted. Nexon Player Support can't recover it, either.
