try to hit 260

Have you completed/skipped the Vanishing Journey questline? that's your first step. That'll unlock your first set of dailies

I tried adding dailys to my planner but cant seem to start the,

If you hit esc for the big menu to pop up, there should be a button called Planner. You can add/track all your dailies and weeklies there
