hii, i am really just a beginner and I got stuck in Ren's story mode (currently level 25)

I basically need to kill those poor birds (Snippy Snipe mission) but the birds are on top of me, idk how to get there...

please someone kind who can help?

Climb up a rope?
I don't remember what the map looks like.
Also you have an up-jump skill: hold up arrow and press jump (default ALT) twice in quick succession. That might get you to the platform above.

Assign the skill points to the skills

Probably Free Spirit but I don't remember offhand.

You really should assign Skill Points regardless. Makes you stronger and gives you a more effective attack.

Also open your keyboard settings (default F11), and then drag an active skill's icon to a key. For example that top left skill, Plum Blossom. Then you can press the key to activate the skill and attack with it.

It doesn't need a key because it's got the default activation of double jump.
