Gene Lib Progress Reset?

I was literally turning in my final lib missino for NL and somehow my whole progress got reset. idk wtf happened. I thought I lost my weapon so I talked to neinhart to reissue and it reset my progress. Im back on the von leon mission but u can see in my achievements Ive cleared all the missions. I put in a ticket but this is crazy

neinhart only lets you reissue if you lost your weapon in the first place
