Cannot redeem Marvel Machine codes on Ren's Cash Shop, it says my Cash inventory is full (it's not)

Title. It says i have too many cash items and happens with any item i try to redeem. I've cleared the whole inventory and still shows the same. Sorry if its a known bug but i've looked around and havent found anything about it 🙁

looking around it seems @manic badge also has this issue with ren in reg server
might have to report it in #1078122832799731722 or the website support
