How do I get there Unique Familiar Card so I can sell on AH?

Either get lucky with it dropping from the boss, or find it in a Familiar Booster Pack from the Cash Shop.

Can I get Legend out of it?

It says right there: "The Familiars you can recieve range from Common to Epic in rank."
So, no.

There's a separate item called a Legendary Familiar Pack. Its sale might have ended already.
