You have to have enough RP for 30% of the item's base cost. You can't do a partial discount.

ahh , ok . because the item smega is 1.3k nx and i have 4k RP . i thought -390 RP was not going too be a problem .

Weird.
I was able to buy a pet anvil with RP discount on Thursday, so in general the system still works.

Items that can't be discounted, don't even show the option (like PSSB).

For some reason I see the Maple points checked in your second image, despite being grayed out.

Can you maybe untick RP, see if the MP becomes ungrayed, so you can untick it, and then tick the RP again?

Is it possible that you can only discount items with rp that you use nx to buy, and you can't discount items bought with mp?

Or maybe it is just a bug, i wouldn't know, ive never tried discounting an item before. 😊

You definitely can't discount items bought with MP. That's the intended functionality.

There's currently a bug that lets you check both MP and RP, and that causes a failure. It's in the Known Issues web post.

Seroquel Demon apparently has no MP, but for some reason it's checked in their purchase window, which (I think) is why they're getting the error.

OK, so the bug right now is that you can't untick the Maple Points because it's somehow both grayed out and checked.

its grayed out because he doesnt have enough NX to purchase this, so maple points is the only possible way to pay for it
