Hi,
For those who don't know, Sia characters who world leaped from CW early lost all their sixth job progression. The recent patch handled it by resetting our Erda Link progression to what it was at the time of leap. This was nice, however, Sias then after lost all progress on Erda Link they had made post-leap. So, if I had Janus unlocked before leap, I got it back, but if I upgraded Shine post-leap, all the Shine node progress disappeared when my Janus returned on the 9/4 patch.
Can a community manager or someone let me know if it is safe to re-upgrade the slots I had worked on, or what the general plan for compensating affected players is ASAP? It would really suck to spend weeks' worth of effort and have it be overwritten again.
One suggestion, if it possible to identify and isolate early world leaped Sias who were affected, is to do a limited distribution of erda selector coupons: 2-per-day of post-leap (9 days from 8/27-->9/4 = 18 total; 2 coupons equaling about a NT daily's worth), Untradable, only claimable by affected Sias. This solution would also avoid any issue with possibly overwriting new progress made on the Sia Erda Link.
Suggestion aside, I am still asking for help. Please let us players know how we should progress - I don't want to upgrade Sadalsuud again only to waste weeks' worth of Erda & fragments.
