World and IGN are irelevant, it has happened in both CW and Kronos on several characters.
The bug is simple: if you don't claim the materials before reset, they disappear and you can only claim the coins. That did not happen when the auto harvest used to last 8 hours and started happening when you shortened to 4 hours (thank you, tho).
Steps to reproduce
- Start auto harvest
- Mind your own business, switch characters, etc.
- Wait for daily reset
- Attempt to claim the materials to find out they have disappeared but the coins are still there.
