Clicking complete all on my daily quests in the planner thing didnt give me my extra event symbols

please view screenshot it shows symbols in stacks of 20 and the event tab with the 2 extra for arcane quests

behind both tabs i included the maple planner where the quest tab has said complete all button

i dont report alot of the stuff that happens but taking away my symbols isnt nice
