HP Drops Constantly on Bowmaster

Hey, I started this Bowmaster in Challengers World with Hyper Burning, but something feels off. My HP keeps dropping even when I'm not doing anything. Is this a bug or caused by some skill? I don’t see anything unusual. Can anyone help?
P.S. I’ll attach an image showing the HP drop, my active buffs, and the area I’m in.

Having pets out with decent auto skills will drop your health but if its dropping in the event maps im unsure since pets aren't allowed there
