The event in V260: Stargazer, "Summer's Guide" is not present on the event checklist in both Aurora and Elysium worlds. This event is present in every other NA world, including Reboot Kronos and both Challenger Worlds. According to #ms-chat history, EU Luna may also be affected.
The images show all available events on Aurora.

Steps to Reproduce:

Log onto an elligible character (Lv101+) on either Aurora or Elysium worlds.
Open Star Notifier.

I can confirm that this event hasn’t shown up in Hyperion event tab since the new patch

#

I logged in on my Kronos char and saw the event there, claimed the quest, but after switching back to Hyperion, it still doesn’t show up
