#Game crash for Mercedes Only

Please describe your bug: Why am I keep crashing when playing bosses with Mercedes only?
Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Play Mercedes
  2. Go to weekly bosses (Example: Chaos Zakum)
  3. Attack the boss.
  4. Game crashes
  5. Game shuts down and when try to play again, it shows "Error! Error-code: 10001" from Steam.
    ...
    Character Information (IGN/Job/World): SNuberMerc53/Mercedes/Kronos

This happened again when buffing beforehand for HardMagnus and got crashed.

The reproduced steps happened minutes ago, from 11:50 PM

Crash doesn't happen to my rest of the characters when doing weekly bosses. Always at Mercedes and can't do a single boss with Mercedes.

I did test on my Merc and I didn't crash. Do you also crash when doing it on practice mode?

It's so weird how my Merc is the only character that's being affected by it.

Whenever someone crashes on specifically one scenario I recommend doing a file repair. Considering that only you face it you should try it first.

MapleStory files can corrupt from random stuff so I am not surprised if you get hit.

And that random stuff is my Merc. no other 8 260 characters aren’t being affected by it. I just feel like Merc’s skills are slightly laggy

yes, maplestory can still run but crash if literally one of the 2000+ files in your game breaks. In this case, its likely one of the skills that the mercedes used that broke. That is why anything this precise seems grounds for a repair.

If more players report this exact problem right after a server maintenance or patch it could be the problem with the build or the server. But considering there has been no complaints I doubt that is the case. I have a mercedes mule so I know its fine.

Just tested it out today with less buffs for few starting hard bosses and didn’t crashed. I guess I’ll just have to be careful
