Even if you're in the afk area for 2 hours, many have been experiencing an issue where their character within the exploration is not accruining the time spent in the expedition correctly.
Example:
Capped 2 hours.
Character only still lvl 3 stuck at 119/120 min.
Maxed out reputation tho...

Seems to occur if you leave the map, you just lose a full minute each time
