Me and my friend started a round and are now a few years in game. Now a third friend wants to join so i wanted to ask if this is possibel like he still gets his own Company and stuff like that. Wanted to ask that before he buys the game and isn't able to play. Thanks in Advance!

can, max player are 4, your friend will join in the same timeline with yours, so same months and years, mean he/she will miss lot of progress, you can try to balancing out by giving them money so they can at least catch up with your progress a lil bit
