Can i set specific valuables to tell the AI to not do a " SUPER DUPER CRUNCHY DELUXE FRAMEWORK " for a Game but instead make them call the Framework " INSERT GAMETITLE FRAMEWORK " ? or is this just not in the modding scene rn ?
Also i want to give each AI Company i am creating specific Product names, for example "SUPER FUTURE POWER SMARTPHONE 1" but i actually want the Company to call it "SUPER FAST SMARTPHONE 1.
I have set the name combinations in the NameGenerators for each Product, can i leave out those combinations and just tell the AI to choose between "SUPER FAST SMARTPHONE 1" and "SUPER SLOW SMARTPHONE 1" ?
And whenever i tell them they can use 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 etc... will they use it on this order or will there be at some point a "SUPER FAST SMARTPHONE 5" and then after that a "SUPER FAST SMARTPHONE 1" ?

You can't tell the AI to use specific names, unless you just add a list of specific names, but you'll run out pretty quickly.
You can override the Framework name generator, same as any other name generator.
The name generators do not have an order, or they wouldn't be very random 😄
When they release a sequel they will add a 2 after the name if there is no number, otherwise they will increment the last number in the name.

Alright thank you, are the connectors (base, base2Connector etc…) necessary ? Or can i simply add names i want them to use ? (for example i deleted all the text in the Antivirus NameGenerator file and added „CRIMEDEFENDER“ and „EASYSAFE“ will a company now use them ? And so they will add a numer at the back if they do a sequel if i understood that correctly.
Also i have asked that ages ago, but is there a way for older design options to disappear ?
For example i make a design option available in 1990 and call it „ULTRA SECURE HARDDRIVE“ but have „ULTRA SECURE SOLID STATE DRIVE“ to unlock in 2010, can i tell the game to hide the „ULTRA SECURE HARDDRIVE“ and only show the newest ?
And my last question because i have not looked it up in the Wiki yet, is it possible to tell a company to use „ INSERT PRODUCT NAME „ in house ? (a Yes or No for this is fine)
Also, if the player has developed a Software or Product called the same as a company named its Software or Product to sue the Player (for example Company A developed „ULTRA DEFENDER“ in 1981 and the player is going to release „ULTRA DEFENDER PROFESSIONAL“ in 1983 Company A has the rights to the name right ? Or would this break the game because the AI might take names and bankrupt themselves ?
(a Yes for Possible and No for Not would work)
