Hi everyone.
I really loved the concept of the randomizer, already finished 10 seeds and proceeded to keysanity, but now comes the questions:
eg no1:
I have 1 single key for AT, I though that I should have 2 for proceeding, then I realized that I actually have 2 checks waiting for me by using this 1 key!
eg no2:
I have 3 keys and a big key for dark palace (D1). Where to route? What will be my unforgiven mistake that may cost me a long life adventure?
In other words is there a document, a discussion etc that mentions the various possible routes, checks, things to pay attention etc to save our day?

1 of the AT checks needs nothing but the ability to kill the guards...the second just needs 1 key (and logically the lamp)
you need 2 in order to get to the top to kill aga
POD is a bit complicated, and depends on what you feel comfortable doing 🙂
you are not going to softlock yourself by using keys in the wrong way, if that's your concern
this is pretty broad question so in that sense there is no one "master document" that mentions how to route every dungeon, how to sequence every check, all of the different "gotchas".
You may find a few videos/messages/guides here and there that cover specific ccases or provide tips, but remember that as a community we also need to figure these things out and there isn't necessarily always a general consensus on the optimal way to route a dungeon (often people's answers will be context-dependent). The most common answer you might get is "it depends".
For keysanity I would go through each dungeon (mentally, or with a map, or in-game) and figure out which chests you would open with different numbers of keys, as well as what are the logical key requirements for each chest.
A few resources that may help (I have not vetted these, just found them via searching):

Key-sanity Chests per Key (v8.27) by Aces_High_76 (Please contact me for corrections. I started this after running 3 total key-sanity seeds, so I expect I have errors) Hyrule Castle: 0 Keys for Zelda’s Cell (3 Items). 1 Key for for lamp locked chest if entering from Sanctuary. Aga’s Tower: 0 K...
for POD i'm sure someone else can give a more in-depth overview or correct me since I don't play keys modes often, but:
- hammeryump (+ death warp or mirror) is often your best friend as it allows you to effectively be +1 on keys compared to if you went into dark maze through the key door
- you are commonly going to need to reserve a small key for helma (if dungeon clear is required)
- it is possible to avoid unlocking the "front door" entirely and go through the bow-locked side (often multiple times) but this is often a prohibitive amount of timesink
- vanilla big key chest and harmless hellway are the two chests where you spend a single key to open only that particular chest, so they are the ones to skip if you are short on keys
