Thanks. Reasonbably sure this is just Inverted being tricky. https://alttpr.com/en/options#options - Scroll down to "World State" and check "Inverted". It has a full list of logic + world changes. It should help you get unstuck

Hammer on pedestal with a pendant TR is a fun one for sure. In inverted your more often going to be entering the other entrances with the mirror over the front door with the medallion.
