Entered boss room of TR, saw it was something I couldn't kill and that the door was open so I left and screen went black, staying that way.

that's certainly something. The crash happens because rooms look for their exit based on room ID, and boss rooms have no exit associated with them.
I think a permalink/bps would likely be useful in this case
