Just got a Raphnet adapter from their recent restock. On first install of their drivers it worked fine with SNES9x, but after a reboot I'm not seeing any input there. Got it working on Retroarch so I know its not a bad controller or adapter, anyone else run into issues with this that are specific to the SNES9x emulator? Maybe something weird launching on startup that is usurping reading from that device?

Sometimes you need to select “Detect Gamepad Changes” or similar in Snes9x’ menus for it to realize it’s there.

Is it the “ADAP-1XSNES-USB_V2”?
Seems it supports firmware updates. Check forums if they’ve got ‘em to see if anyone else has had issues with certain releases of the firmware and certain releases of Snes9x.
Maybe your operating system decided that it knew better than you about drivers for the device and overwrote what you had before.
I’m tired of Windows thinking it’s smarter than me.

I'll try reverting to an older FW, had pushed the latest. Detect gamepad changes was my first thought and did nothing sadly.

FW revert fixed it. in case anyone else has this issue, I had to go back from 2.2.x to 2.1.x, only thing in their release notes is "Added Mouse Support" so I can easily believe some wonky stuff is happening with SNES9x detecting it as a mouse or my plugged in mouse causing a conflict

Leave it to Mario Paint to screw with things, amirite?

LOL JK back to not working without a FW change, none of this makes sense
