If a moderator doesn't see them do those things, they won't be banned straight away. Hard to punish someone if we don't know they are breaking the rules.
They may post videos of themselves doing it, but there is a fairly low chance a moderator would see that video. And I am honestly not really sure if they are allowed to ban the user when they see a video like that. (It would make sense if they could, but idk) Not sure how their procedures are in that regard.

Plus, they may have been reported already, but web reports take some time to get handled when there is a high load on the system

1. I honestly can't tell you that. None one can!
   They will open it, when there's need for new Staff in the Game Moderation Team.

2. You'll start as a Game Moderation Trainee. You will then learn how to deal with reports and so on. After that you will become a Report Moderator where you deal with Website Reports.

3. The conditions can be found in the last Report Moderator Recruitment -> https://forum.truckersmp.com/index.php?/topic/116498-report-moderator-recruitment-20092024-21092024/
   They don't differ that much.

Else you can also refer to the links send in by @grim compass-Nub () who didn't put in as much effort as I did in a future colleague

Click on the server name "TruckersMP",
Select id:linked-roles in the dropdown-menu,
Click on "Verified" (id:linked-roles:1083781004038250546) and follow the steps.

If verification process is successful, you will be given the Verified role, which will grant you access to more channels, posting images, reacting to messages and more!

However, if you cannot complete verification process, open your profile settings at TruckersMP.com and make sure you have the correct Discord linked. If it's not your current one, scroll down further and use "Remove Discord" in your profile settings and add the correct Discord.
