It has a solid white line. In the uk it would be an illegal overtake. The arrows are warning you to pull back into your correct lane due to it being a danger to overtake + an illegal overtaking spot

There was one person behind me at a junction, there was a truck coming past on the main road past that junction, so because he had the right of way and I wouldn't have made the turn in time without a collision this dude started pipping at me aggressively. Round the corner, we came up to traffic lights, which were red. I stopped at them because there was traffic coming the opposite way and I needed that turn so if I'd ran through said rules, I would have broken rules and collided with other trucks and yet again he started pipping at me aggressively. The lag is most likely from your end. Not the servers end

"no wonder"? Noone knows the exact server hardware - except the Developers. But I think, they are on about 64gb of ram, a good xeon and a somewhat decent internet connection. Also it's not always the server at fault - it can be the internet on your side or from the datacenter or your pc, at all.

FPS is determined by your PC, not the server
