I know some routers allow you to set different devices to different priority levels such as high, medium (default) and low though this is only on certain routers. I don't know if there is any other way of doing it though

I think same like Steve. You can just set it up through your router setting and just some of router can do this. Maybe you can set your router setting for the other device for speed connection, like your PC full of bandwidth and other device just half of bandwidth and you can do this to all router.

Also make sure you don't block the only vents that they put on laptops on the bottom. Blocked vents, no heat goes out. Just made an easy bake oven in your lap.

After that, google GSmartControl. And check your HDD/SSD

For beginners you need to hold the power button down for a long time, your computer isn't Posting which probably means its hibernating not shutting off @mystic blaze
It looks like an all in one with no drive so its probably not a hardware issue like a bad harddrive issue, if you power off correctly and turn back on you should see the manufacturer logo, then it will start to load Windows, let us know how that goes, if you never see windows start splash or spinning circle that is also important information to let us know, if youre sure it's properly off and you dont see the BIOS logo let us know, if you can plug it into a tv and it's still black when turning on let us know that too
If it does eventually load Windows it might be a full drive or a bad Windows install

Thing is it's the hub itself that's the problem. Random restarts or it will just sit red all day before finally connecting. It takes over 10 mins on a good day to work after a restart. Virgin media have beenout 3 times for this now and it's still a problem but works fine when the technician is here

they're always cool enough to keep their maximum performances
but some will be at around 60°C, some others might stay around 75°C
and they will make more noise too

userbenchmark is extremely inconsistent and theres little to no verification for sending results
theres plenty of cards it gets spot on, but theres a lot that are wayyyy off
however if youre looking at a 5600xt, with something like a 2600 or more, the 2060 normal and 5600xt are tit for tat on average
and if the question is 5600xt vs a 1060 6 gig, go for the 5600xt any day especially as the drivers get better and better

it's not really a matter of pixel density... you shouldn't even be able to tell the difference between 24' and 27'... it's just that picking a 27' monitor isn't the best idea if you don't have a large desk

Today me and my dad decided to plug in the Powerline Extenders and give it a try.
Firstly w/ use of those devices and Horizon TV decoder to create seperate WiFi.
Unfortunately - the speed of this Internet was much slower than existing WiFi.
But then we plugged in internet cable to TV and well...
Everyone was astonished at the speeds (almost like normally plugged into the router).
Idk however why the internet speed was much slower on this Horizon's WiFi vs WiFi that I had behind a wall... 🤔

Those powerline adapters are really good, provided you get good spec ones. I've had TP-Link powerline adapters for a number of years and rarely encounter issues with them, only things like a vacuum cleaner can cause havoc with them

Powerline adapters are only as good as the electrical wiring in your house. If the wiring is bad, no powerline will be good enough, at least in my experience.
4K monitors are kinda pointless for gaming anyway (which is what I presume you're going to use it for).

Hmm so my dad and I are currently working on pulling some electrical cables in the garden. (fairly heavy cables since we are planning on using garden equipment which can pull some watts) however when we are just sitting in the garden we have a very spotty WiFi connection. So maybe running a powerline would be an idea?
The other idea we talked about was drilling a hole in the wall in my room (my wall is facing the garden and has a second access point) and putting a wall mounted directional access point aimed at the garden

@upbeat shore I'd recommend looking at getting some proper APs (enterprise/prosumer grade) rather than consumer rubbish. Take a look at Ubiquiti's product line. The NanoHDs are very good for their price, the only thing you need is a controller (which can be run off any PC and only needed for setting up)

Ok so reached a bit of a predicament. Got a good high quality DisplayPort cable and I can now finally select 10bpc colour on my main display, the issue is at 60Hz. Anything higher and it reverts back to 8bpc colour, even when using custom resolutions.
HDMI doesn't seem to support 10bpc with any setting, so DisplayPort is my only option here for 10bpc colour.
Any ideas on how to get 75Hz with 10bpc colour?

check the user manual of you monitor. Does it support 2560x1440/10/75HZ or only 2560x1440/8/75Hz?
Could also be that the DisplayPort Port is an older Standard (pre-1.4) and therefore doesn't support a higher Bandwidth which is required by higher res, framerate or hdr

It does do 1440p/75hz as I had it on that using HDMI, but using DisplayPort I have access to 10bpc but not 75hz/10bpc only 60hz/10bpc
The moment I select 75hz it goes to 8bpc and 10bpc disappears from the drop down in Nvidia settings
Issue using HDMI is the monitor doesn't support 10bpc at all

The G29 is very nice wheel which I would recommend. Had mine for a few years after upgrading from a Logitech Driving Force GT
I would recommend trying to get the shifter in a bundle as they can be expensive for what they are on their own

Hey, mate. I need help for my old device. I just back home to my parent's home and retrieve a Acer Nitro 5 AN515-52. And try to make the gaming tho, but recently many item so I just wiped it all using refresh start not a recycle device. And tadaa, everything great again and everyone can use again with my supervised.
But the problem is just for gaming, I got install just few games and got trouble on Siege Games. It's consuming 100% usage. Anyone know how to fix this ? Cause I need stay here for 2 weeks and forgot to bring out my laptop.

I already checked all the system and everything, and nothing else make sense the trouble. Everything just great, just that game. Already try to reinstall, check the validation, and etc. But the trouble just stuck on 100% disk usage for game Rainbow Six Siege.
And 1 more, I cant do with my Nvidia. It's like the system preventing to use the graphics card. So it's always came with UHD or the CPU. Like I'm working on rendering, they just use my CPU not my Nvidia.

The most extreme way I could think of would be disabling your integrated GPU by deleting it's driver

Finally I can fix the graphics card, just matter of missing file. But still my Geforce Experience still detect but cant auto optimize the game. Now still the HDD 100% usage still bothering me, bloody hell.

@nova agate that case hasn't a good airflow, if you have an air cooler like the cooler master hyper 212 it will have problems with the temperature

8GB or RAM is not that much in today's age, I'd recommend upgrading to 16GB in the future

Ya they always said 8gb is enoph and im using about 7gb on most games nowadays with my graphics. I would recommend 16gb in the future. Besideds that looks good

Thankfully the ram on the laptop is upgradable so I can just get two 16GB sticks or another 8GB stick
but so far the ram hasn't ran into problems on the games I play, mostly because it uses the ram of the GPU to run games, and the GDDR6 speed of NVIDIA is plenty good. GTA 5 on high settings doesn't use more than 2GB of GPU RAM
but for sure when I'll get my hands on games like Rust I'll definitely be needing to upgrade RAM. Thanks guys

Well, like I said, did you try muting the headset to see if people still hear themselves?

Yeah like turn down your PC audio to 0 and ask people to talk for a bit
then ask them if they could still hear themselves
If they can't, chances are it has something to do with you listening to the headset too loud and audio is leaking and being picked up by the mic
If they can, it's some kind of issue with the headset and I suggest a replacement

Last I bought my first headshet. Yeah the probem like you, just we said a noise.It happen cause the insulation of headphone not too good so it travel the sound to the mic. The only I can fix it, I change the bud of mic to more bigger bd.
