sand valley
#

i only have 1 2TB drive

#

nooooo

#

I can’t get to the server for another week

#

idk what im gonna do

spiral yew
#

i'd shut down the server to save what data you can

sand valley
#

sigh

#

I guess

#

I’ll remote into it later today and shut it down

spiral yew
#

either you shut down the server and save the data or you let it stay up and hope the drives don't fail

#

cause i've heard hard drive recovery isn't cheap at all

sand valley
#

right

#

DAMMIT

#

the next highest storage I have is 500gb

spiral yew
#

like an average 1k to recover data

sand valley
#

which I say is a significant downgrade in storage space

#

plus I’ll need a new boot drive

#

cries

spiral yew
#

i looked it up and hard drive recovery ranges from $500-$1000

sand valley
#

dhdnjsjsd

spiral yew
#

and that's for one hard drive

sand valley
#

ya know what

#

lemme see if I can remote into it from my phone

#

I don’t want to lose any of my data

#

maybe you guys can help me set a new one up later??? πŸ™ƒπŸ™ƒπŸ™ƒπŸ™ƒ

#

i would like to start using linux instead of just windows 10 pro

spiral yew
#

well i know nothing about linux

sand valley
#

coughs in broke

#

does anyone else have a server?

spiral yew
#

nope

sand valley
#

damn

#

I was hopping you would keep

#

keep

#

keep

spiral yew
#

lol

sand valley
#

BRO

#

anyway

spiral yew
#

πŸ˜‚

sand valley
#

you seem pretty knowledgeable

spiral yew
#

i only work part time at my factory job so don't really have the income to buy everything needed to get a server running

sand valley
#

???

spiral yew
#

i don't make that much

sand valley
#

by server I deadass just mean a old pc

spiral yew
#

oh lol

sand valley
#

bro I don’t make enough for that shit bruh

spiral yew
#

i thought you meant an actual server

sand valley
#

fudggggeee nah

spiral yew
#

i do have an old pc but it's not hooked up to anything

sand valley
#

there ya go

#

server

spiral yew
#

but i don't have ports left on my router

sand valley
#

ok

#

remoted in and shut it down

spiral yew
#

55 recovery attempts yea that's not good

sand valley
#

don’t know why it kept restarting thou

spiral yew
#

probably a bad sector on the hard drive

sand valley
#

hm

#

wonder what sector

#

it would just be idling and all of a sudden restart

#

hmm

charred granite
#

guys what ssd should i buy instead?

#

ping me pls

spiral yew
#

i'd say go with a 250GB SSD @charred granite

charred granite
#

gotchu, what brand?

#

or what should i look into

#

got any suggestions of one u know which is high quality

spiral yew
#

samsung is a good brand but pricey

charred granite
#

yeah 100 pounds for the 240gb one'

#

i got another question tho

spiral yew
#

What?

charred granite
#

say ive built my system and all that, got both the hdd and ssd working, when i first launch the pc, will it come up with an option to which area i want to download windows on?

#

ive built this pc 2 years ago so i have no idea

spiral yew
#

Yea it will ask you

charred granite
#

okay thx, and after i got it up and running and i want to install discord and steam, can i allocate that to install to my hdd?

#
  • games
spiral yew
#

Yea

charred granite
#

cool, thanks a lot

spiral yew
#

I would install the steam program on the SSD but install the games on the HDD

charred granite
#

ah okay, any particular reason?

spiral yew
#

Faster load times

charred granite
#

gotchu, ty bro

spiral yew
#

I can show you how when you get the pc built

charred granite
#

sure, would be great

#

in a couple of months time tho

#

before summer im guessing

#

i might leave the ssd till last tho, wanna make sure i get a good one and stuff

spiral yew
charred granite
#

ahh okay

#

got it

#

ill do that too

sand valley
#

do a backup

wide temple
spiral yew
#

did it fall apart moh?

wide temple
#

Nope, I was just doing a routine clean of my screen and desk and saw that

spiral yew
#

are you talking about the crack?

#

but it looks like they've changed it since i bought mine

wide temple
#

yeah the crack

spiral yew
#

i've had that monitor mount since 2016

clever spire
#

Anyone got any recommendations for 27 or 32 inch 4K 144hz monitors?

wraith crystal
#

Are you willing to pay a little bit of money?

clever spire
#

No more than $1500

final dagger
#

Dude thats much for a monitor

wide temple
#

4K 144Hz oof

sand valley
#

No

#

Just no

brittle mountain
#

4k 144hz? better have a Titan RTX for that

sand valley
#

Just get a server and play with it at this point

clever spire
#

πŸ€”

#

So no recommendations? All I can find within my budget is the Acer Nitro XV273K. It looks nice but I'd prefer a slightly larger screen if possible with my budget.

wide temple
#

I don't know if that's the best thing to go for in honesty. The GPU power isn't there atm + are you really after that level of detail and refresh rate? Might be an idea to consider something like an ultrawide instead thisisfine

sand valley
#

2k 144Hz is enough

#

If you really want 4k don't get 144hz. Your poor Gpu

spiral yew
#

yea don't expect to get 144hz in 4k with graphics maxed out

clever spire
#

The plan is that I'm upgrading my setup to SLI 2080ti so it should have no problems running at high frames on 4k

sand valley
#

Eh

spiral yew
#

most games don't even support SLI

sand valley
#

It still would struggle

clever spire
#

I'm aware

wide temple
#

I mean, if that's what you want and your heart is set out on that then go for it, but from what I know, it's not a smart decision with the current hardware offerings at the moment

sand valley
#

Yeah

#

For me 1080p 144hz is enough actually

#

But if you want a monitor like that go for it

#

I don't really have much knowledge or recommendations for 4k 144hz monitors

wide temple
#

There isn't much for choice in the market anyway for that type of monitor

clever spire
#

@wide temple wdym by it's not a smart decision with the current hardware offerings? afaik as far as performance goes you can't get much better than 2080ti SLI unless you went for RTX Titan SLI

sand valley
#

Yeah. Even a 2080ti will struggle with that options

wide temple
#

A single GPU can't reliably push those frames at that resolution. I already explained the other day why SLI isn't something I'd consider simply due to how it can cause performance drops in some games over a single GPU card

#

Unless you have that GPU already, I would wait for the next gen as it isn't that far away

#

But equally it's your money and whether you see fit to wait

spiral yew
#

the only people that would really see a difference with SLI is people doing video production and graphic design

wide temple
#

Yup, dev support in games for SLI is considerably different from what it was a decade ago. I also suppose it depends on what kinds of titles you play / plan to play

sand valley
#

What games even support SLI ?

#

Not many afaik

spiral yew
#

you don't even see the top twitch streamers that have crazy amounts of money with SLI systems

wide temple
#

Then again most streamers aren't playing at 4k/144 KappaPeak

spiral yew
#

true

#

i can't even reach 165hz at 1080p with graphics maxed out on most games

sand valley
#

Not really needes tbh

#

I'm more than happy with 1080p 60hz rn πŸ˜‚

spiral yew
#

my monitor can do 165hz but i have to turn down the graphic settings to get a steady 60fps

#

if i wanna play at 165hz

#

i've even had a couple of games force close due to my monitor being set to 165hz

clever spire
#

Oh cool thanks I play a lot of them

#

I mean, if I get the pc and sli really isn't working out with no real gains then I can just sell one of the cards on so it's no big loss, right?

spiral yew
#

i doubt you'll get back what you paid for your 2nd GPU

clever spire
#

I'll be getting a prebuilt PC already setup in sli

wide temple
#

Might affect the warranty if you sell that second GPU

clever spire
#

True

wide temple
#

You can always buy it separately though and add it yourself

clever spire
#

Also true although ive never done any work on a pc before aside from adding and removing RAM sticks lol. Is it very difficult to add a GPU?

wide temple
#

It's as simple as adding more RAM

clever spire
#

In that case I'll consider it. It might be better value for money as well buying the 2nd one separate

little forge
#

Well, my 14 year old nephew managed to build his own pc, so it's not that hard

#

To be honest, he made a big mess with the cables inside but apart from that, everything was connected properly

brittle mountain
#

cheaper to make, existed way before NVMe did

sand valley
#

oof

#

why have m.2 drive running at sata speeds

#

yuck

agile ermine
#

for price reasons?

sand valley
#

πŸ€”

#

perhaps

#

but why even make it that formfactor then

#

why dedicate them pcie lanes then

agile ermine
#

because it takes less space and cables than a 2'5 ssd

sand valley

brittle mountain
#

what Misterclic said

dapper dove
brittle mountain
#

pros: solid case, lots of airflow, good filters
cons: useless vertical gpu slot (way too close to the glass) unless you have a watercooled gpu; psu cables will be cramped in the bottom chamber due to the hdd drive cage

Overclocking is like tuning your car to have more HP, but in the long run, it's going to decrease the lifespan of the concerned parts

Woop, another failing drive!

brittle mountain

pretty sure she cursed you @wide temple πŸ˜„

I'm confused

wide temple
#

ye

brittle mountain
#

looks like plastic

wide temple
#

I asked on reddit and one person responded saying there's was the same and thought it was meant to be like that

#

Had a look on google and saw two reviews on Amazon, one person receives theirs cracked and the other person had theirs crack after a year

#

It's plastic yeah, I thought about plastic welding it

honest blaze
#

do it

brittle mountain
#

i went full on metal 🀘

#

even for the single monitor arm

#

i know dang well plastic doesn't last that long against constant tension (weight of a monitor in this case)

wide temple
#

The whole arm is made of metal besides those plastic inserts 😐

honest blaze
#

I don't have monitor arms, I just use the factory base

wide temple
#

though my monitor weighs 6.76kg

brittle mountain
#

the only plastic bits of a monitor arm should be the cable management clips/holes

#

and aesthetic parts over the metal arm

wide temple
#

yup, agreed, not sure if I'm gonna get another arm yet or what

brittle mountain
#

i strongly recommend a metal arm...

#

especially for an ultrawide

#

ain't no regular monitor that heavy

wide temple
#

the one I'm using is an AmazonBasics Single Monitor arm, which is basically a rebranded Ergotron LX

brittle mountain
#

@wide temple if i link you an arm from Amazon UK, think you'll find it on the DE part?

wide temple
#

πŸ˜„ it'll likely ship from there anyway, the one I bought shipped from a warehouse in Germany

#

that's the one I have right now

brittle mountain

ask for a refund on that, it's shite

wide temple
#

can't, well past it's warranty date

wide temple

Ergotron are supposed to be decent too 😐 it's what employers and the like tend to buy

brittle mountain
#

try finding either of these near you

#

i have the second model for my left side monitor

#

and the dual monitor version of the first one for my other monitors

brittle mountain

still a no from me, there's a lever on the back of the arm

#

aka weak point

wide temple
#

does that even do tilt, rotate and swivel?

brittle mountain
#

both of mine do

#

apparently Amazon UK doesn't have this brand tho

wide temple

oh, I dunno if I should just wait because I'm moving into a different room soon with more space and a bigger desk

this one seems very similar to mine and all metal by the looks of it

ok thank

so basically I should get a XT

agile ermine
#

That config doesnt looks very balanced

#

The ryzen 5 2600 is a bit weak for that kind of gpu

#

Ditch that cheap motherboard, the cooler and windows, that will allow you to get a ryzen 5 3600 and a better motherboard, like the tomahawk max

#

The stock cooler that comes with the cpu is sufficient

#

A nvme ssd is also kinda useless, a sata ssd is cheaper with similar results

#

Im not a huge fan of the psu too, seasonic or evga psus are better

#

And you can get a windows activation key for really cheap

mighty vine
#

LGA 1155 uses DDR3 RAM right?

Would not bother with a 5700 XT, way too many driver issues that are simply not worth the hassle

and I say this as someone who really like AMD

brittle mountain
#

thinking about getting an all glass panel case with zero airflow? go for it πŸ‘

sand valley
#

Going for asthetics over airflow is not a great idea you can get a Fractal Design Meshify C For that price and it is one of the best cases for airflow out there.

spiral yew
#

nah i'd take off the glass panels and make my own out of aluminum or steel

#

i have an old case that has pretty good airflow but i wanted to get a different case with more room for cable management and more intake fans

sand valley
#

But where is the intake coming from or how are you gonna make the panels so they have intake?

spiral yew
#

it's not that hard to find metal mesh

sand valley
#

You do whatever makes you happy lol

spiral yew
#

if i can make car ramps out of angle iron it can't be that hard to make a metal mesh front intake

sand valley
#

Never said it wasn't...

distant zodiac
#

@spiral yew Would it be a better idea to find a case with a front mesh before going through with that? It'll most likely be cheaper as your not paying out for tempered glass.

There are plenty of mesh cases on the market with excellent airflow and good aesthetics if you look carefully enough πŸ˜‰

mighty vine
#

Would it be worth it to go from an AMD II X3 350/450 to an AMD FX 6100?

#

It's an €25 upgrade

sterile crypt
#

I don't have experience with both cpu's so take what I say with a grain of salt.
If I'm just looking at spec sheets I'd say the FX 6100 is much better than the X3 450, on top of that the FX 6100 is unlocked so you could try overclocking it a little

mighty vine
#

I was stupid and didn't look at the compatibility between the 6100 and my motherboard. Sadly it doesn't support the 6100 as it is the M4A78LT-M.

sterile crypt
#

While reading the spec sheets it was in the back of my mind, the 2 use different sockets, but I thought you were just comparing them πŸ˜›

mighty vine
brittle mountain
#

that is a great budget case, but that PSU is literally useless unless you're running an APU

agile ermine
#

the case is fine, not the best build quality but it's not that expensive either, and it has a good airflow

#

the psu is just crap though

mighty vine
#

I have a AMD Athlon II X3 450 and a GTX 750 Ti which requires no power connector

#

Currently I use a 270 watt PSU do yeah

turbid vapor
#

Evga recommends 300W or higher for that card, I mean it'll still run but I'm unsure what sort of issues someone can run into with an underpowered PSU

mighty vine
#

It could be that either my CPU and/or GPU are underpowered performing worse than they actually can

brittle mountain
#

no power connector on the GPU means 75 watts

mighty vine
#

Yup

sand valley

#

Good for 1500?

#

Gonna build it, prebuild even if u change things isnt worth ut

agile ermine
#

1070ti?

#

it's not made anymore since last year at least...

#

the closest you can get in terms of performances is the rtx 2060 super

#

that's a good config, but you aren't telling us exactly what you're going to choose... not all components are equal, even if it's the same gpu, or motherboard chipset for example

brittle mountain
#

1070ti is on par with 1660ti (which has 2 GB less VRAM tho)

#

but yes, you can't just say B450

#

you need to be a bit more specific since some B450 are absolute trash and some are god tier

agile ermine
#

nah, the 1070 ti is better than the 2060...

#

you need to specify for the PSU too

Shouldn't be signs of failure. It's an 2 years old HDD. It disconnects for 1 seconds then connects back. Enough for a game to crash ofc cuz it can't read the files anymore

#

I put the power plan to never again last night so I didn't had time to check if it still does it again

#

Just wanted an opinion, that's why I wrote here

turbid vapor
#

Uh, I don't know, I just checked mine and it's set to 20 minutes for some reason, and it never caused issues, and I've got this PC since early 2018

hexed lion
#

Weird. I never had this problem and never had the hdd on a 20 mins turn off, that's why I think that's the issue. It started doing it recently like 3-4 days ago when I actually edited something in the power plan and maybe somehow put that timer to 20 by mistake

#

gonna have to see anyways

turbid vapor
#

Mine's set on high performance, not sure why that timer is there

flat grove

check your hdds smart values (you can use crystal disk info)
and check the value for "end-to-end errors"

agile ermine
#

There shouldn't be an option for your hdd to turn off while the pc is running... that would be completely stupid

#

I don't think the issue comes from the power plant itself...

#

As ray said, crystal disk info might give you some hints

so this is what it says

I've unplugged and plugged back the HDD and played for almost an hour without problems so I think it might be fixed πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈ

It happened when I was in the middle of a turn on ETS2MP... It just froze, including the music from YT, yikes... But what I don't understand is that the nvlddmkm is related to Nvidia, and I did do some minor changes last night, unplugged a sata cable from one port and put it on a different one on my mobo

#

I've already ran some checks through CMD, like chkdsk on all my individual drives, and also did sfc /scannow, and none of them showed any problems

flat grove
#

nvlddmkm.sys looks like your GPU driver

According to this thread it could be a failsave mechanism when your GPU is overloaded or instable
https://answers.microsoft.com/de-de/windows/forum/windows_7-hardware/bluescreen-verursacht-durch-die-nvlddmkmsys/4b41778e-6655-4a0e-bf1f-249356201370?page=2

Did you try uninstalling and re-instaling an older (or newer) nvidia driver?

turbid vapor
#

I've installed the latest version a few days ago, but I'm not sure if it's relevant or not, but I do get random lag spikes in another game (BeamNG drive), which I don't really know why it happens, sometimes it does it, sometimes it's perfectly fine bingShrug

flat grove

try installing an older driver then
Either 417.22 (Game-Ready WHQL according to nvidia website)
or install 432.00 via Windows device manager

#

DPC_Watchdog_Violation is usually an indicator for unstable cpu/gpu voltage and/or clock

turbid vapor
#

I've never done OC, or messed with voltage or clock, could it be something else causing those instabilities?

flat grove
#

what's your Mainboard and what's your CPU and RAM?

#

And what PSU do you have?

turbid vapor
#

I've got 32 GB of RAM, they're all the same, set to 3200 I believe in the BIOS

flat grove
#

what are the frequency of your ram?
The trfc timing looks a bit off 416 as it says in the screenshot?

Also you're running on 3200 only, evan tho your RAM is advertised as 3400

turbid vapor
#

Yeah RAM is supposed to be 3400 as advertised, that's the OC value, because I believe it's 2133 the base frequency right? And the reason it is set to 3200 is because I omitted to look at the frequency support list of the motherboard, despite the RAM model was compatible

flat grove
#

i assume the other RAM Sticks are also 3400 but running at 3200?

#

it's also weird that hwinfo does not display your Ring/LLC Status and System Agent Status

turbid vapor
#

They should all be the same, as for the ring llc and system agent, I have no clue what that is

flat grove
#

ring/llc speed is the CPU-Cache-Speed (it's memory similar to RAM, but on your CPU)
https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/336462-what-does-ring-ratio-do/

System Agent is the PCI/PCIe, Display and Memory controller
https://www.overclock.net/forum/5-intel-cpus/1519310-what-does-vccsa-vccio-actually-do.html

i have the same MB and BIOS version, so we can say that the BIOS is not the issue

#

can you please restart your pc and then launch HWinfo again
Is the system agent and ring/llc status still missing?

turbid vapor
#

I'll check a couple things after a restart, but I'm in the middle of a Malwarebytes full scan, should I cancel it?

flat grove

no. Finish the mwb run and then the other things you want to check
I'll be off for today.

Indeed, but another thing that I notice, that is really annoying me is that sometimes when let's say someone close some lights in the house, my wheel starts spinning, or when PC is off, it turns itself on, but doesn't load UEFI or Windows, it just... Runs? But also my PC is plugged on an uninterruptible power supply, which I don't know if that has any effects... Don't know if it might be my hardrive

#

Heee hee

#

Found my problem

#

When I first built my computer I stashed the hardrive at the side of it so I could quickly get it working

And actually my graphics card is different than what is listed I forgot to update my build sheet.

charred granite

Hey guys. I plugged in my SSD last night and made sure it’s working. Now, I want to completely install a FRESH new copy of windows10 on my SSD. I’ve got a HDD connected already, and I want to keep that, however I just want windows to boot on my SSD. I have prepared a usb which has the windows setup to boot from, however I’m a bit lost. People are telling me to disconnect the HDD when I boot up the computer, however, I want a clean install, and I wanna make sure there is nothing on that HDD

#

It’s like building a new computer, however instead of it being new, I just want to completely reset everything and start from scratch

chrome prism
#

You want the fresh install on the SSD or the HDD? If you want it on the SSD you should just unplug the HDD and do your install. Then you'll have to change the boot order in the Bios to the SSD so windows will boot from it.

#

If you want both wiped, just leave the both plugged in and windows installer will ask what you want to do with your storage devices and if you want to format, etc.

charred granite
#

Ahhh right yeah, I want to completely wipe both of them and then install windows on my SSD

chrome prism
#

Yes, so just leave them both installed and set your boot device to the USB and run it. Once it goes through its setup it will ask about your storage devices format both and install windows to your SSD.

charred granite
#

Ah okay. So I format both of the drives?

chrome prism
#

Yes delete all partitions and make sure the sizes match the drive sizes empty.

#

So if it's a 20gb HDD, format and make sure it says 20gb in the installer

charred granite
#

Ahh gotchu! Thanks bro

#

So, all I need to do now is restart my pc with the USB plugged in

#

And then in the bios, select boot from usb?

chrome prism
#

Yes

charred granite
#

Thanks, doing that now

chrome prism
#

Awesome, Glad I could help. I've done way too many installs lmfao

charred granite
#

Oh lmao, I’ve only built 1 pc in my life, and for some reason now I wanna add an SSD XD

chrome prism
#

Haha I've built every single one I've ever played on, Plus some. I'm like my Family & Friends IT guy xD

charred granite
#

That’s sick! memelaugh

chrome prism
#

SSD's are much better than HDD

#

Faster boot/Load times

charred granite
#

Yep definitely, that’s why I got one

#

Actually I got one a while ago to use for my new pc build soon, but I figured it’s too small and I want a bigger one

chrome prism
#

Theres no disk inside thats writing all the information. It's like a badass USB Flash Drive that's built inside lol

charred granite
#

Yeah! Defo pepelaugh

#

Has no spinning inside of it or anything

chrome prism
#

I'm still running a regular HDD but I'm oldschool, It's what I know. I love the idea of SSD but just never bit the bullet. Got a great deal on my HDD so πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

#

Yes exactly

charred granite
#

Ahh right, how much did you get it for?

#

And what’s the capacity?

#

And yeah me too, I just got an ssd too, decided that it’s finally time to install it lol

chrome prism
#

4tb and I think I only paid like $45 USD for it which is a steal for 4tb

charred granite
#

Wow!

#

2 years ago, I bought a 1tb HDD for like, 35 pounds

#

Or something like that

chrome prism
#

Wow yeah technology has definitely came a long way in the past few years.

charred granite
#

Yes! For sure

chrome prism
#

Hell when I built the PC I'm on now, SSD's weren't popular yet so they were still super expensive

charred granite
#

Ahh :( I bought myself a 120 GB SSD for about 20 pounds :)

#

Also sorry to interrupt, I’m making sure that I’m doing this right

#

So, I’m focusing on the boot priority right?

#

The bottom one is the USB

chrome prism
#

Yes, So move the bottom one/USB to the top.

#

That forces the MB to boot from the USB first

charred granite
#

Okay, did that

#

Do I save an exit then?

chrome prism
#

Yes

charred granite
#

Okay :)

chrome prism
#

Once it restarts it should go to the windows installer

charred granite
#

Yep, it’s restarting

#

Okay, it’s on the installer. I’ll follow the steps

chrome prism
#

Okay, Yeah when you get to the part about Partitions or Storage thats when you have to format the HDD & SDD

#

SSD*

#

I always reformat the new drive just incase

charred granite
#

Ahh okay okay, I’ll do that, I’ll format both drives

#

Also, what do I click here?

#

Is it the custom option?

plucky whale
#

ye

charred granite
#

Okay, thanks

chrome prism
#

Yes, Custom

#

Custom allows you to do your formatting and partition creating

charred granite
#

Thanks!

Depends, Is your computer at a decent point where it doesn't need upgrades yet?

In theory, you're supposed to be able to skip after 5 or 10 seconds

distant zodiac

That's what I'm used to after many ad-blockers stopped working

That's not a bad one, some are more than a minute long

distant monolith

Get uBlock Origin, works perfectly for me

distant monolith

Mine stopped working for a bit too. Have you tried unistalling it and reinstalling it? That worked for me at least.

distant zodiac
distant monolith

Did you reinstall it? Make sure that that the adblocker is active too, because just completely stopped working

#

Check if you have ads on other websites

distant zodiac

This only really started when the UK went into lockdown, I feel it's a marketing ploy for youtube red imo

I'll check

TMP website has ads right?

distant monolith
#

Yeah

#

Unless you're a Patreon

distant zodiac
#

I don't see any there

#

so it must be working on some sites

distant monolith
distant zodiac
distant monolith
#

I'd just try a few different things, because I don't really have concrete solution to it. All I remember is that I unistalled it (and maybe closed Chrome), then reinstalled it

distant zodiac
#

It is certainly an odd issue. Maybe I should try removing all extensions and then add them in one by one if the issue goes away

distant monolith
#

I didn't remove mine

#

Took a while for me to unistall uBlock though, as Chrome didn't want to unistall it at first

distant zodiac
#

I think YouTube have worked a way around ad-blockers for now that causes this issue

distant monolith
#

Yeah

#

Can you try to close Chrome, then reinstall uBlock now?

#

I'm pretty sure I did something like that

distant zodiac
#

yeah 1 min

distant monolith
#

but yeah, I think YouTube has done something like that. I was really confused when that started happening to me too.

distant zodiac
#

Yeah that's worked, clicked few a videos and refreshed a few different ones and it seems to have resolved it

#

Thanks πŸ‘

It'll probably end up broken again lol but for now it's good

distant monolith

Yeah lol

What USB board did you use for your project @chrome prism How many inputs does it support?
@hidden shell
It supports 12 "buttons" but it also had joystick control input. It's one of the cheapest ones. If it works out how I think it should be fine.
